Rev Bryan Clifton
Youth Secretary
Bryan Clifton serves as the Youth Secretary for the Texico District. He and his wife, Alana Clifton, currently serve as the Youth Pastors of Farmington UPCI along with other various ministries. The Cliftons have been a part of the Texico District for over 25 years and sincerely loves the people of Texico District.

Rev Justin Henry
Section 4
Justin Henry is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and currently serves as the Youth Pastor at First UPC of Odessa. Since 2019, he has traveled full-time as an evangelist, preaching and teaching across the United States and internationally. An avid reader and dedicated student of the Word, Justin is passionate about helping people know God more deeply. He lives in Odessa, TX, with his wife and their two sons.

Evan Mendoza serves as the Section 6 Director. He and his wife, Sis Natalee Mendoza, have a desire to reach people of all ages in the Texico District. They currently serve Living Word Church in Rio Rancho and are involved in various ministries.

Bible Quizzing Director
Mathew is a member of Living Word Church in Rio Rancho. He is active in various ministries in his church and desires to see the youth hide the Word of God in their heart.
